BW 35 parts 140-160

Are inoperable BW 35 transmissions worth saving for parts?
I have tried giving mine away in hopes that someone still repairs them, but no luck.
Even tried technical schools in my area but there is no interest.
I know there is always interest in the standard gearboxes just wasn't expecting no interest in the automatics.
Off to the dump it goes unless someone can point me to anyone who would want it.
Thanks

    Hello Al,
Did this tranny come from a car with column-shift? If so--and you saved the shift-linkage--there are pieces I'm interested in. E-mail me:

    Al,

Please come by and pick up my two BW35's on the way to the dump! ;>) There are few out there that like 'em, but not many. I swapped mine out for an M410 as soon as I could.

Too cheap to pay the disposal fee, huh! ;-) Seriously, metal recyclers are happy to take them, drained -- that's where I took mine. No one else wanted them.
