not sure if 92 had manual

we live in denver and would be willing to travel for the right car

'90 and '91 had manual, '92 did not.

BTW, this only applies to 740 Turbos--no other 700/900 turbo models had sticks (except a few EARLY 764s--'83 and '84, I read a Car and Driver road test of one).
