For an 83 240, Haynes has great wiring diagrams in the back. I enlarge them on the xerox machine at work to make them more readable. jp

Skip Albright (I think that is his last name) on Ebay sells a bunch of the Volvo Factory Manuals (green kind) and always has tons of the wiring diagrams for good prices. His Ebay name is skipskip and he would have the wiring diagram that you are looking for. Be warned that you may go look to purchase one manual but might come out with 10-20, trust me. Good Luck!

So far my collection is at the 200+ mark. I still have a few manuals I need to get in order to cover the 86-93 years of the 200 series but I know in due time I would get what I need to complete my collection. I hope that once I'm done restoring / finishing up my Volvo projects I will have a manual collection that will be just as impressive as my Volvo vehicles. Take Care!
