There's two I have seen in/around Hollywood/Los Feliz. The Saab/Volvo on Hollywood right at the 101, and the one on the corner of LaBrea and Santa Monica. Anyone have a suggestion on a place? I am going out of town soon with the car, and don't have time/space to do work on it, and need to take it to a reptiable repair shop for some little engine tweak/etc things. I have been to RV VOLVO but its quite pricey and time consuming.

I know of 3 good shops in Pasadena,too far? I took my car to RV many years ago and they couldn't fix the problem, had part time workers and made a list of other things that needed repair.. I bought the BentleyBible and do it all myself.

If they are dependable and not too expensive, then Pasadena isn't to far! I am actually in the Glassell Park area, so thats not to bad. (Work in Hollywood) Please let me know the places, and thanks!

I lived in the Hollywood area for nearly 20 years, Harry and the guys at Beverly Hills Auto Imports (Santa Monica and La Brea) always did excellent work on my old 145 and 245.

Going to make a stop over there later today. May have to go with those Pasadena back ups if they can't do it. Thanks for the info on them.

I know Glendora is a bit of a drive from Glassell Park and Hollywood, but the absolute best indy Volvo shop I've run across in So Cal is the Volvo Car Clinic in Glendora, 605 E Arrow Hwy, 626 914 9805. Ask for Tim.
