Ok I got a set of baskets from the dealer, $12.00 each. Does anyone know how you are supposed to get the springs back on the basket frame? These little fellers are stiff.

Again I owe my problem solving to ART..Thank you so much, I would be lost without your advice and some of the best pictures I have seen. By the way in the pic it looks like you are pulling on the basket itself or am I just seeing things..?? I take it you are pulling on the spring..

25 amp fuse just aft of the battery. Clean or replace.
Fuel pump relay, do you hear the pump? Resolder or replace or bypass.
