Hi im from Australia and just in the last 6 months my steering has become very loose, not very direct there is lots of play even when parked, the steering lock does not seem to work either, I have replaced the ball joints, caster bushes, done wheel alinments, bought new tyres and flushed and refilled the power steering resevior but it made no differencet. The rack does not seem to be to bad a little oil on the left hand side. What can I do to fix this problem. If I need a new steering rack does any one in Australia know were I could get a good cheap one from ? any info would be helpful thank you.
