My car is running like total shit lately. I recently replaced the following:

Coolant Temperature Sensor (for the computer)
BOTH Fuel Pumps
Fuel Filter
Cap, Rotor, Wires, Plugs, Coil

The car sometimes starts right up, other times you have to crank it for lucacris amounts of time.
Sometimes it will start and then run backwards before stalling
It stalls out at every single stop sign and red light
It misfires if you give it more than 1/8 throttle and runs off 2 cylinders
If you can get it to idle it idles o.k. but opening the throttle either causes it to stall or run rough, however when you get up in the RPM's it runs fine.

My '86 gave me fits years ago with all kinds of wacky symptoms like this. My first experience with an ailing fuel pump relay. You have to check that out and clean up that 25 amp fuse holder by the battery before getting too involved.

I already tried that to no avail....
