I just don't like the late model headlights. I'm thinkin that the Virgos wheels might look stupid w/ the big headlights. Anyone got a picture of this setup?

These turbo virgos wheels are great. I like the look. If it weren't for the big ol bug-eyed headlights on the late model 240s it would be kickin. I'm gonna look for some virgos.

I personally think they're the best looking wheel on a 240, of any vintage. And they look just fine on a 164E as well...

So how do you like the Jeep Wrangler. I'm thinking about getting a Sahara Edition Wrangler, but I don't know anyone who actually owns one. Is it easy to work on? Is it durrable? Is it Brick-like?

We have the 2001 Sahara, it surprised me in that it still retains the feel of the older "real" Jeeps, in fact it reminds me of the '56 CJ that my family bought in '55 and I had from '74-'94. For one of today's cars it is simple and so far it has been totally reliable. Very Brick like all in all. Basic maintenance is a breeze with everything being quite easy to get at.

I bought a factory manual ($95 for the complete manual, take that Volvo Green Books) and If it ever shows a check engine light I'll go pick up a code reader (~$100) The engines have a reputation of going just as many miles as the red block with proper maintenance as does the rest of the drive train (auto boxes excluded) Gas mileage sucks (~15mpg), comfort is OK but for long trips we take one of the bricks.

We let the previous owner take the hit off the lot, we paid $16,400 a year and a half ago when it only had 10K miles on it, now it has ~19K. I'd buy it again but I still have more in it than all 8 of the bricks I've owned over the last 10 years.
