after removing kick panel to get to fuse panel i noticed a green wire that was broken that ran along door sill. what does this connect to?? could not see any other broken wires. changed fuel pump fuse terminal to brake light terminal and vice versa as the fuel pump was cutting out.this works great but now no headlights . thanks hud

I'd first look at the headlight relay.

Do the parking lights come on when you put the light switch to the second position? If so, the Relay is probably the problem.
