B23F Oil Pressure Sender 200 1984

I would like to install an oil pressure guage in my 240. Curently it has only an oil idiot light. I am not sure if this light is supposed ot warn of low pressure or low oil. Either way, i would like to put in a pressure gauge, wihout disrupting the function of the warning light. Where is the pressure sender unit supposed to be installed? Is it the same location as a B20 engine?
TIA
JD

The pressure sender is a dual terminal VDO unit that replaces the existing sender. Look at 240 turbos in a PNP yard to find one, better yet get part # 360 009D from egauges.com and a 1/8" NPT brass 45 degree "street" fitting from your local hardware store. Your B-23 will not need the thread adapter later engines need. After that it's just wiring and finding a gauge. If you go the used route be sure you can return it if it's bad, about 30-50% of the ones in yards are shot.
