D24TIC owners 900

Hello,
first of all: http://tinyurl.com/673uu

See the video and you'll know what is going on in Finland.
There is some really powerfull 3.0 MB turbodiesels around, read + 430HP.

Some Volvo owners have something like 170HP in their D24TIC's but now we need bigger hydraulic heads to get more power, 200HP could be the first step.

I have a nice-price source for parts but MOQ is something like 20pcs.
Anyone interested? tmkankaa@hotmail.com

    Nice run!
You might want to post this information to this list as well:

You wouldn't happen to know of any good junkyards around there that would have any OLD eberspacher block heater parts , would you ?

Joined the group and sent the message. We'll see what happens...

By "eberspacher block heater" you must mean "fuel operated" system like Webasto?
Otherwise, on electric systems, we have only Defa, Calix etc. brands from scandinavia. As far as I'm not too young :-D

Yes, it's a fuel fired unit.
It came on one of my old diesels that was originally sold in Finland ( it came with the fuel fired heater, and an electric block heater you folks know how to rig for cold :-)

OK, it's a diesel. Good for you! Perhaps not in a way that Rudolf ment it to be but still...
These items are really rare at junkyards. They aren't one of the brightest jewels of german engineering... But good dealer should be able to deler part for those. Do you have one. I case that not just tell me the model and I'll ask ours.
In our climate these electric ones are waste of time, 2.4l is just too big pile of iron for one 550w element. I'm having one and I'm planning to install one more. There is 2 places for those, thank Good!
