A/C fittings 900

I know that Nylog is the preferred choice of sealer to put at each A/C fitting. Is teflon thread tape recommended at all?

I am sure Nylog is a very good product but I have never used anything other that a bit of oil as a lubricant on the O rings when putting together AC fittings, never had a leak yet. Always use new O rings.
On these fitting the threads do not seal in any way. If there is a leak at the O ring the gas will escape past the unthreaded side of the nut in any event. Teflon tape on the threads will accomplish nothing.
