Sightings 200 1984

There was a thread about a week ago about how many Volvo's do people see in their neck of the woods.

I don't usually see many; the occassional 240 or 740 that looks a bit uncared for, or more often a new S60, 40 or XC90.

Yesterday I saw a really tasty Mini Marcos in metallic grey. I THINK they all came with the Volvo red block. Or did they make those with other engines also?

And just this afternoon I managed to get hooked up in a pack of three, a black S60, my white 244GL and a Charcoal 740GLE with "bling" wheels that I guess must have been at least 18". We must have gone about three miles together down the road.

Oh what fun!

My parking lot at work looks like a used Volvo lot.

The guy next door has an 850, I have a 240 & my son has my 740 wagon, the girl next door has a 740 wagon & the girl who works for her has a 240 wagon. They are usually all parked side by side............ It's a beautiful thing!
