What's the easier method of replacing the rear seal. It is easier to pull the engine and the tranny out(auto) or drop the trany from underneath the car. I have pulled the engine and trany out from a 740. This will be done in a driveway.

I had to drop one on a 940. I bought a tranny jack on ebay which made the job easy. Jack it up high. My son helped. Just a bunch of little things to disconnect.
