1994 940....Has the sealed front wheel bearing hub assy type setup. It's original and car has 119k miles. Want to know when this should be replaced? Are they truly sealed or can they be opened up and repacked?

Keep on motoring... these last for a LONG time as long as the car doesn't take a direct hit in the wheel, hit a curb at speed, etc. I'm not going to estimate time of replacement, but I have firsthand experience that says that you can make easily 1/4 million miles on the part. Probably over 300k.

May this find you well. Have you come across a hub assembly that did take a "direct hit"? If so, what symptoms did it present? Did it:
(a) make noise?
(b) cause steering wheel pulsation or vibration?
(c) cause uneven tire wear?
