IS LUCAS FUEL TREATMENT A GOOD PRODUCT TO USE ON A REGULAR BASIS, OR IS IT JUST HYPED UP SNAKE OIL CRAP! WHAT SAY YOU? DOES THIS PRODUCT EXCEED THE QUALITY OF REDLINE'S FUEL TREATMENT!

Hello 747; I have used the Lucas UCL with good results. Have not used the Redline, so can not say. Using 3 treatments of the Lucas freed up the tank sender on the gas gauge on my 940 that was malfunctioning. It also really helped improve the idle/drivability on the Ford van I use for work that had clogged injectors and carboned intake valves from the PO's neglect. I have been adding it every third tankful to most all of my cars and trucks for about 2 years now with no problems with clogged injectors or carbon from the reduced quality of the gas that has been on the market. I buy the quart bottle, and it is a lot cheaper per dose.

Now, if they'd just change the company name to anything but LUCAS, I might buy something.

Every day I struggle with my LUCAS electrical system, though I doubt the two companies are related.

ALL HAIL! LIGHTING BY LUCAS, PRINCE OF DARKNESS!

(I gotta make up a sticker for under the hood...I saw one not too long ago, LUCAS logo, with 'Prince of Darkness" added. What a Hoot!
