Has anyone here used this? Is it worth the purchase price ? I'm over a hundred miles from the nearest dealer, and am not too fond of the dealer, anyway. The indy mechs in my small town have gained what Volvo experience they have from my cars, so it helps for me to have a decent differential diagnosis to offer when I have to have them look at a vehicle.

I have this book and wasn't very impressed. It collects dust on the shelf. Bentley + brickboard is more useful.

I thought that the Brickboard is the Problem Solver?

To be more specifically helpful to his concerns, does the IPD book have any more information in it than what you could find in the Bentley or on the brickboard? I suspect that it doesn't.....
