On fast idle (cold car), what should RPMs be??? 700

When the engine is cold, such as 25degree morning, crank the engine, what should the RPMS be during fast idle (presuming that IAC, fuel injector, distributor cap, MAF, coolant temperature sensor, etc. are all functioning properly)?

Mine is around 800-850 but I was messing around with the MAF the other day and the idle adjustment screw the other day and now I'm wondering if I messed something up.

Thanks. That's just about where it is (unless both of our vehicles need adjustments!). I turned that idle adjustment screw (it was very oily) a few times and counted the turns, then turned it back to what should have been the position it was in before I changed it. Just wanted to make sure.
