using B23f parts and sensors on a B21ft engine with the 510 ecu? 200

Hey folks,
I am picking up a free b21ft engine tommorrow, and am thinking of using it for my turbo project for my 84 gl with a b23f. I have the turbo intercooler and hoses and my question is can I keep the ecu and change out the sensors and intake manifold and dispose of the fuel distributor? It would seem to me that I can strip the b23 of coolent sensor, intake and tps, and change the distributor, and be able to run this engine on the original ecu.
Is this possible? could I just get the turbo injectors from a later model turbo?
I appreciate any views on this
chris

Oddly, at the salvage yard yesterday I came across an 83 tirbo with fuel-distibution system. Only thing missing was a fender. Not as common as they used to be. I know nothing about them except I think the fuel distributors are troublesome.
I'm contemplating a changeover from a low mileage 2.1 NON TURBO to a lower mileage 2.3....Kind of apprehensive but the entire car is for sale fr $200 and was side swiped (hard) with under 51 K on it.
