Just a fast question, should the W-S-E letters on the gearbox light up in the dark?

the bulb is not available thru the dealer.i got the whole switch out of a car just for the bulb.

they do. the bulb is not replaceable, although I believe some have had success taking the switch apart and soldering in a new bulb from radio shack. otherwise, you have to replace the whole switch.

Is it the same switch for all 90-97 960/s90?

Good question, I have notice the same thing the S-W-E doesn't light up but their s a little orange indercator light . When you depress one of the buttons.

Yeah, I found it a bit odd that I can't see what buttons to press in the dark.
But by now I've gotten the feel for it anyway, but it would be nice to actually see them in the dark other than the little orange-light.
