Chicks Dig Mt Brick UPDATE!!!!!! 200

Refer to orginal post on 1/19....

I went on the date last night. We actually had a great time (no I didn't try to score, as I am a gentleman). We went to dinner and had a great time. Turns out her father had a late 70's Volvo - which she learned how to drive on - thus her appreciation. The only embarrasing moment was when we were driving home (in my rust bucket 245) and we went over a puddle, causing water to enter through the hole in the floor board (I thought the plastic sheeting was doing the trick) and got her legs and boots wet. She was a good sport about it, but I felt bad. Gave her a kiss (on the cheek) goodbye and made plans for this weekend (skiing). We did however decide to take her car (a 1978 Toyota Landcruiser FJ40!!!!!! - my second favorite car in the WORLD). YAHOO!!!!!!

LOVE IS IN THE AIR.

Pablo

I must commend you, you certainly have a great date there!

I recall my 1st real date, she ridiculed my 81 240, for being rusty, and told everyone at our highschool about how crappy it was....needless to say I've found someone far better, and she really digs my reliable old (very rusty) 86 Corolla...now only if I can do the Volvo test on her, THEN I'd knwo if she's a keeper ;)

happy brickin!!
P.S. a chick wiht an FJ40 is REALLY worth keepin, as she obviously has great taste!!!

Chicks Dig Mt Brick UPDATE!!!!!! 200

Great story Pablo!!!
My biggest insecurity since having to pay child support is being judged by what I drive( a few snobs up here in MA) I've on occasion parked in the furthest spot away from a restuarant just so my date wouldn't see the details of my brick up close. The profile in the dark is intriguing. The water comming up through the floor board is classic! Any women that has that happen and comes back is worth the effort maybe to upgrade to a newer brick.

Chicks Dig Mt Brick UPDATE!!!!!! 200

Hello Pablo,

Well what can I say, a woman who could endure a ragged old volvo and also appreciate a toyota landcruiser FJ40, she's certainly a keeper!!!.

Make a run for it, beg if you have to, do what ever it takes, just KEEP HER!!!.

D.E.Sweden.

PS, Good luck.
