I just replaced my shocks last month. I went with bilsteins this time and the handling is increadble. It might ride a little firmer but I love it. I used oem the last time. At 504K miles I wish I had done this a half a million miles ago.

Matt, I think they are touring. The part # (f4-pne-3054-be) The reason I think they are touring is that I put sport bils on my 850 bmw and It seems to ride alot firmer. I hope the number helps. I paid about $45 a piece for them off the net.

What model we talking bout here? Right now I am on the original shocks on a 97 s90 that just turned 181k. They still work fine and don't leak, but I can tell the overall suspension isn't nearly as firm as it once was. Starting to think about doing something with the suspension come spring time. Should be about ready to replace the tires for the ummpteenth time too.

If you havn't done the rubber bushings in the front lower control arms yet, that should be your first project. I'll bet they are dead and new ones will make a huge improvement.
