how much would you pay for a 1990 240DL?

Hi everybody,
My older brother started to get jelous of me since I was getting a more up to date volvo than his. So he wanted me to see how much someone would buy his car for. It is a 1990 240DL sedan, blue with blue interior, under 150,000 miles, no rust, very good shape mechanically. He just put in about 1000 bucks worth of parts after buying at an auction. So I was wondering, What would you pay for this car if you were to buy it?

Around $2,500 would be a fair price I'd think. What work was done exactly?

Thats around what KKB value was. Mostly the whole front steering and suspension was done. Along with OD solenoid. Redid whole passenger side taillight with bulbs and circuit board.

Nothing in the rear suspension? The dreaded trailing arm bushings? Anyway, the handling should be pretty tight with the front suspension done.
