Looking forward to Gran Turismo 4 200

Here's why I am.

Gran Turismo 4 has already been released in Japan, and it should hit American shelves on February 22. It will be released in Europe on March 9th.

Looking forward to Gran Turismo 4 200

I just went to the Sony Playstation site and noticed that the Gran Turismo 4 has a 1988 Volvo 240 Estate in the game. However, it's type is a "FF" which stands for front engine, front wheel drive. I want to buy this game but, if it a FF I don't real want it any more. This is suppose to be a "real driving simulator" and it is not real if it is not Rear Wheel drive.

Does anyone have this game? And can they confirm the drivetrain type.

Thanks,
Da_Brick

I've been playing GT3 quite a bit to "prepare" myself for the upcoming all nighter that will ensue when this game gets released! Oh man! w000!

Here's Pat's website

We've had a bunch of threads about it over on Turbobricks...

Looking forward to Gran Turismo 4 (240 GLT wagon) 200

"No kidding. A wagon with virgo wheels......."

Yeah, the USA '81-'85 GLT and Turbos had them factory equipped (both sedans and wagons). The 240 GLT wagon in the game is definately a European spec car.

I'm usually not into the latest games on the market, but I might make an exception for this one... I forsee myself loosing many hours into a game where I can drive my own car (my 240 wagon), but do things I'd never attempt in real life.

God bless, drive safe, and take frequent breaks when playing.

Looks like it needs some IPD sway bars from the way it's leaning in the last pic. Ha!
