B16 SU H4 Carbs 444-544

I see Rhys Kent and Joe Curto are mentioned for carb rebuilds on the forums. I found contact info for Rhys but have not been able to find Joe's. Anyone have any info for me? I also found a place on Long Island called Apple Hydraulics. Does anyone have any experience dealing with them?

If anyone has experience dealing with any of these guys (good, bad or indifferent) I would really appreciate the feed back. If there is anyone else I should consider please mention them as well. Thanks all.

For SU parts, I found APT in CA to be quick and the staff (Sharon?) very helpful. Their prices are good too.

    Joe Curto's number is (718)762-7878.
    He's at 22-09 126th Street, College Point, NY 11356

He's sometimes a bit brusque but a really good guy. Likes to get right
to the point because he is pretty busy. But he is very helpful.

There is a guy here in Bartlesville who does a good job on SUs also.
He's an oldtimer, used to work for my dad many years ago. His name
is Jim Taylor and you can call him at (918) 333-3444. Does good work
at reasonable prices. He and I both get most of our parts from Joe Curto.
If you call him, tell him I sent you.
