dash apart and blower motor out in 1.5 hours! broke an impeller tho :S 200 1986

hey all, i just wanted to report good news on my first blower motor replacement, i started on it last night and removed the entire dash and everything that goes with it to get back to the blower motor, finally got that removed but broke the passenger side impeller on accident, those things are so brittle.. but i did it in 1 1/2 hours, not too bad i dont think! now lets hope it goes back together just as quickly.. does anyone have an extra impeller for the passenger side? let me know thanks!

Not bad for a 1st try!

By the time you've done 6, you can complete the whole job in 1.5. Don't ask me how I know.

that's pretty darn good indeed. too bad about the impeller. you could look on ebay for some of the businesses that sell used Volvo parts and contact them about a replacement.
imagine plenty of members here have a spare buried in place in a parts car, but the thought of digging it out gives them the shudders - maybe I'm only speaking for myself on that.
