Oxygen Sensor

I am at a Volvo dealership where I had my check engine light diagnosed (I wasn't confident in my assessment after checking the onboard code). They've told me that I need a new O2 sensor, which needs to be replaced. Can anyone tell me where they have found a good price on these sensors?? I've looked at fcpgroton.com and they carry Walkers and Bosch- which of these or other brands would you suggest? Finally, I am wondering how I can tell if I have a "California Model" or not? Thank you VERY much for your help. Trying to decide whether or not I'm going to attempt to replace this part, feeling a little apprehensive...

"California model" means a car with Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR). You can look beneath the intake manifold, toward the starter motor, for an EGR valve with a 5/8 inch pipe curving round the manifold and inserting into the back of the exhaust manifold. See the 700/900 FAQ for a picture.

It should say on the nameplate where it talks about environmental compliance
if it is a california model. If it doesn't mention California, it probably
is not.

Bosch is OEM. But I don't know WHAT 67 model Volvo needs an O2 sensor!
My 66s, 69 and 73 surely don't!

Oxygen Sensor 200 1993

Sorry i didn't clarify- it's not for my '67 122, it's for my '93 240. Lawmakers weren't as worried about the environment in the 60's :). Where's the name plate located?? Thanks again.
