Where to get new fuel tank for 200?

Does anyone know where to get a new Fuel tank for a 200 series? Need a cheap one or I will be tempted to keep my leaking one. All of the ones I have seen in the junkyards out here appear to be leaky as well.

Where to get new fuel tank for 200?

Where are you located?
I have a '78 242 sitting in my back yard with a '92 tank that I had put in it in '95. It's in very good shape with new pre-pump.
I would not want to ship it, I believe you cant ship one if it's been used anyway.

Try Erie VO-VO, a Volvo dismantler near Utica. I've heard they are or have phased out of RWD cars, but a call won't cost you anything.

A few years ago I has used tanks UPS'd from Arizona and Mass.
But shipping regs may have changed.

I'm in Texas so shipping would be difficult.
If the tank smells like gas fumes it won't be shippable, and it takes a lot of time and effort to get it fume-free. I guess if it sits around in the AZ desert for a few years it's OK to ship.
Right now it's in a car, full of gas.

Well hey, it is probably cheaper to pay the shipping on the gas than it would be to buy the gas new!... j.k.
I thought maybe there was a source for new gas tanks. I know that plenty of other makes are obtainable new.
