75 Busted door locks Help!! 200 1975

So-- Here's my problem. My 75 240 is a New York City Street car and someone was kind enough to take a screwdriver to the lock cylinders on the doors. One is ruined and the other is barely working. I've looked through many junkyards and the 75 is getting real hard to find model specific parts for. From 76 on till forever, the door cylinders are different-and I might add-better designed. They have a flat behind the metal held by TWO set screws. 74-75 cylinders slip into almost a little tunnel in the door and is held by ONE set screw. Does anyone know of a source for these besides Volvo?
They want about $90 for each one keyed to the VIN #. If I could find a pair from the same car--even without a key--I think I could file a blank key to fit it. Any helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated--I've had this 240 since it's birth and I never intend to give it up!

Gregg M.

hank you so much for answering--

Do you have a pair of locks you can spare?

It looks like you are familiar with these models but I've attached an image from the repair manual just in case.
