E3 spark plug post 900

I emailed the company about thier vendors and got this back:
Poolman

Mr. Roberson,

Thank you again for your interest in E3 Spark Plugs. J.C. Whitney is still the only place that has our automotive plugs. They should be available at Advance Auto Parts, Keystone Automotive and Jegs among others some time in May.

Sincerely,

Brad Davis

E3 spark plug post 900

I read about these. I don't know about their claims of cleaner burn and more fuel economy. Does anybody have any experience with these? I've heard a lot of great claims from spark plug manufacturers but none ever seem to come through. Remember split fire for example? Even Volvo's own three prong plugs for the 960 don't seem to offer anything better than the NGK coppers I have in there right now. NGKs seem to have really quick start up compared to the Volvo plugs.

I would love to try something that works. But I don't want the be the guinea pig.

E3 spark plug post 900

I have posted before about these plugs and belive me for quick start up they are better than anything I've ever seen in my 960, now for the claims about extra hp and fuel milage, I don't know. As for the occasional blip you feel while the cars ideling, thats gone and has been for 8k miles now. I have noticed that when you put in fresh plugs that the car would always idel so smooth, but after a thousand miles or so I would feel a small like miss fire every twenty secounds or so, thats no more.

Power feels real good also, out on the interstate she just pulls great.
Thats what I've come up with on these parts, and I'll be the first to say that when trying the bosh 4 prong or the split fire, they are not worth the money, these are.
Hope that helps
Poolman

poolman -

My car does the occasional blip in idle that you speak of in your post. It's intermittent, but every so often, when sitting at a red light, it does it. Perhaps I'll try the E3 plug. Kind of expensive, but perhaps it will ease my conscience if the blip goes away. Thanks for the tip.
