Fuel lines, Return and Supply 140-160

Since I'm rebuilding my Amazon, and since I will eventually be megasquirting it, I would like to fit a return and supply fuel line on the car. I've got a 4 mm and a 6 mm flexible hose (internal diameters).
Which one should I use for supply/return? 6 mm supply, 4 mm return? Or is 4 mm realy too small, and should I perhaps get an other 6 mm hose, or even a 8 mm one? What are the diameters of the stock injected 140/160's fuel lines?

Thanks, cheers, ben

I had a problem like this on my Crown Vic. I actually ending up going to Autozone and buying Fuel injection lines 5/15 and 3/5 dia. I used double clamps and it has worked fine. Of course you got different sizes but AZ got stuff. I would recommend doing the job on a lift. Putting the car on ramps was terrible on the ground. Hope it helps.

3/5" ?? Thats like a garden hose...

I think I might just use the 6 mm (~1/4") for supply and buy a 8 mm (~5/16") for the return. The car is on its side now, so now is the time to tackle this. I was actually thinking of maybe routing the lines through the chassis, on the inside of the sills etc. Not sure if thats a good idea but it does keep them nice, clean and safe in there tho. Any opinions?

cheers

6 (1/4") is used on carbed cars from fuel pump to carbs. 8 (5/16") is used
to the pump on carbed cars and throughout on FI cars. I would not go smaller,
especially on the return. From the tank to the pump on an FI car is 3/8" or
10 mm.
