Slow power windows - l ube? 200 1990

Rehabbing a '90 245 that has sat for 8 mos. Power windows are real slow. Where to lube? With what? (Charging system is good)

Try washing and waxing them inside and out, it helps.

Just a suggestion here, but ya might want to check for voltage drop @ the switch and switch connectors. I can't remember the actual loss percentage, but mine were BAD. Some minor cleaning and care and they're working great.

Slow power windows - l ube? 200 1990

In my 164 which sat for 2 years, the power windows were so slow I hated to lower them. After a bit of use, they are faster now. But nothing like American cars, never have been.
