Does this mean my turbo is water-cooled? 200 1984

There is a line that runs from the bottom of the radiator expansion tank to the turbo on my 84 245. Does this mean that the turbo has been upgraded to "water-cooled" at some point? I have extensive maintenance records from the previous owner (who was also the original owner) but no record of any turbo replacement/upgrade.
Thanks, Corey

Probably, a dealer installed water cooled change-up will have a fitting splice into the lower radiator hose and the expansion tank to radiator hose. They go to steel pipes that are held in with banjo bolts on the side of the turbo.

4 lines going to the turbo = water cooled (not counting air hoses) 2 = oil only.
