Finally crawled under my 1990 760 to search for a rattle while driving slowly(like in my gravel drive) and all I could find is front calipers seem to rattle on the guide pins. 158K miles. Does any one have a cheap fix?

The parts aren't too expensive, even from ipd, but I'll bet one or more of your anti-rattle springs(on the pads) is broken.
