no injector ground pulse 700 1990

I'm working on a 740 that has no ground pulse. I have changed the ECU and it didnt change the fast that it wont run. I can run a ground to an injector and it will run, but that way it gets to much fuel. any ideas?

The FI ECU may not be getting the timing pulse from the EZK CU -- on the other side of the car I believe.

As a start, search (at the top of the screen) on "dogsloose" for a long thread on this same problem.

As I recall, it was a chafed or open wire from EZK to the FI ECU.
