A/C pressure switch adjusting 700 1992

How can the pressostat switch on the accumulator/dryer can be adjusted from 25 to 20 psi, per several mentions in the A/C section? Converting to R134a, for instance.

Took mine off and can't see any way of adjusting same.

Thanks for any knowledge.

Remove the electrical connector; there's a screw between the terminals.

A/C pressure switch adjusting 700 1992

After trudging through a couple of salvage yards in the 100 degree heat, found that only pre-1990 had the different connector (wide spaced) and an adjusting screw between them. Didn't have a large sample (6), but it seems us later owners, post 1989 don't have an adjustment. Please, someone tell me different.
Will have to go back and get the older type connector and splice it into the wiring harness, looks like.

I'm not sure. I converted my car last yr with a kit from Groton, and used the detailed instructions in the FAQs. Makes no mention of adjustment there. Mine has been working great ever since. Heat index today of 105.
