The Injectors in my 940. B230 engine are gummed and stock in the close position. Is there any way to clean them? Thanks

    I am curious how you diagnosed the problem as that would be a most unusual condition.

      The injector have been out of the car for some time, because of overhauling the engine. When everything was back together the car would not start so I pull out the injectors rack and cranked the engine, there was not spray. I installed the injector rack from my other 940 and the car is running fine, so I assume they are gummed or something similar.

    Here are the diy directions from the 700/900 FAQs:

    Some on the list recommend taking the injectors out and having them professionally cleaned. I have no experience with this. I am sure someone else on the list will send a note about where they had it done.
