20 F camshaft in my 65 122s? 120-130

Just bought this off of ebay, couldnt refuse the price. That and a friend of
mine with a 72 144 said he would buy it from me if I couldnt make use of it.

This, according to the seller, is a lightly used (under 2000 miles)
B20 F series camshaft and lightweight IPD lifters and pushrods. Anyone
used such a setup in their volvo? Any remarks on mileage, power, torque, or
driveability?

How much work am I looking into on the installation process, or more likely
than not, much much is a reputable shop going to take me for in the process?
