Thanks for all the info to date.
I did more trouble shooting. So far Ive installed, New Oil separator, new flame trap s-hose, new hose from nipple to flame trap, new flame trap, new hose from flame trap to intake hose, new intake hose, new IAC hose, cleaned all nipples in the intake, new oil filler cap and seal.
I disconnected the larger hose that goes from the flame trap to the intake hose. When I blow into the large hose from the flame trap to the intake, I can hear the oil bubble in the pan, and feel the air flow out of the filler hole. With the engine running, I feel a slight vacuum on the hose, defintitly not positive pressure.
I disconnected the small hose from the from flame trap to intake nipple, and dont feel anything comming out of when the engine is running.
Is this a symptom of a stuck valve?
Valves need adjustment? I think its been over 100,000 since I checked the valve clearances.
Is there something I can check?
