Door Speaker Advice Needed...

My '92 245 has some 4" x 4 1/2" rear door speakers, the same as my wife's '88 240 front door speakers. I have 5 1/2" speakers, or something like that, in my front doors. These are the factory units and I hope that they sounded a helluvalot better when they were new!

Question: What do you suggest to replace all these speakers with? I want a decent sound but I don't want to break the bank. Thanks in advance.
