Oil Temp Sender Location??? 200

Hi to all,

Where can I attach an oil temperature sender to my 1984 242? Is the oil drain bolt the only location?

I am about to take a 3K mile road trip with my brick (150K+ miles) and would like to install all the gauges that I can to keep an eye on her.
