Driver's Side Air Bag Replacement 200 1991

How difficult is it to replace a driver's side air bag restraint that has been
deployed out of a 91 240 4 door sedan with an auto transmission.

I have a chance to buy the car at a very reasonable price, one of the issues I need to correct is the replacement of the air bag

Is it too much of a hassle ?

I have access to a 240 that has not had the bag deployed and I am thinking I can replace the bag with one out of the boneyard.

What are your thoughts, opinions - critiques ?
