1988 240 Won't start no spark at plug 200

I just bought a 1988 240 wagon that won't start. The fuel pump relay clicks on. It does not have a spark at the plug.I tried the wire from the coil, and it had a spark, it seemed to be a weak spark though.(as I recall sparking the coil wire to ground should give you a real heavy duty kick in the butt spark, this was a tepid blue little spark). Any thoughts? Igniter module?, coil?, pick up coil?
