Problem with bumpers... 900 1993

I'm eyeballing a used 940....
The rubber pieces from the front and back bumpers have
been pulled apart. Is there a way to put them back without
removing the entire bumper ?
Also, if one had to remove the whole bumper, is this hard to do ?
