1991 945T Power Driver's seat back will not recline

My 945T's seat back will not recline. All the rest of the function works except for the seat recline. When I push on the switch, i hear a click but nothing happens. Any suggestions?

I checked the FAQ and there was mentioned of one cable not working thereby causing seat back to bend. However in my case, seat does not move and all i get is a click.
