code 311 after cleaning TB 200 1992

My brick is becoming a servicedemanding fellow these days. For some days I've been driving with the codes 221,231, 121 and a rough idle.

Desided to start cleaning TB. The unit was dirty, shines now. Have good "click" from the TPS. Checked the resistance between terminal 2 and 3 on the AMM (LH 2.4). Result 3,1 Ohm, so I think AMM is OK.
Reset computer and did a testdrive.

Idle good at first.
When driving, the engine felt a litte powerless, and at the end of the testdrive my brick idled (steady) at apprx 1500 RPM.
Now code 311 is present (only that code). Speedometer seems OK to me.

Ideas anyone ?
