ALT-PS bushings: ipd/fcp Poly Or Rubber? 200 1982

I've just spent over an hour fruitlessly searching the archives for thoughts and impressions on whether or not to use poly accesory bushings or just good old rubber for the alternator and power steering bushings. What say you all? And what brand or source do you recommend?
