What Is The Going Rate For Turbo Alloys?

I'm looking at buying a set of 5-spoke 15" turbo wheels off of a 740...

The seller has put practically brand new Big-O touring tires on them, and is asking $240 for the set.

What is the going rate for these wheels? It doesn't seem like a bad deal, and would be a great addition to my '92 240 sedan. Can I use the same lugs and nuts that are currently holding my 14" steel wheels on?
