Grainy feel in the '89 240 wagon.... 200

A quick question to those with some experience and knowledge. I have an '89 240 wagon DL automatic with a true 113K miles on her. I've noticed that only under acceleration, there is a bit of graininess or a very little roughness which disappears when you let off of the accelerator, then resumes with any and most all applications of the throttle. I'm suspecting the drive shaft bearing. Any thoughts, ideas and/or advice? Always appreciate any and all. Thanks so much in advance!

Sincerely,

JBeechcraft
