To buy or not to buy... 200 1983

That is the question fellow bricksters... Have I truly lost all control, as I contemplate yet another "project"??? Please share your thoughts on an '83 244T, silver, blue cloth int, cd, sunroof, elec. windows/mirrors, auto, 242k, needs minor front end body work (replacing bumper), exhaust manifold leak, tranny fluid leak (w/shudder between 1st and 2nd), and burns a little oil. It actually drives nice, the turbo spools nicely, new tires, and new alternator for six bills! Is this a fair price for mileage, work needed, etc. to make this a nice daily driver? Thanks for any advice, I can't sleep...
